Parents and students are to volunteer at the annual parish festival the first Sunday in August. It is a joint parish, school fundraiser. The festival committee will do their best to accommodate family schedules. If you have a shift request or specific activity you'd like to do, please contact the parish office at 419-669-1864 or email [email protected]. Reverse RafflePTAA hosts a Reverse Raffle for school operations. More details available as the date approaches.

Annual Fund Drive
The Annual Fund Drive was created by motivated and concerned parishioners of St. Louis. With the small class sizes, and low tuition rates, parishioners found it necessary to reach out the the community and friends to supplement the costs of operating a rural, Catholic elementary school.
Our Vision
To seek out dedicated individuals committed to securing the future of our Catholic schools for generations to come. To keep tuition and subsidies to a minimum while providing an out-standing education focused on Christian values.
Our Mission
To develop a viable long-term future for St. Louis school. To reduce the parish subsidy to a manageable level while continuing the 135-year tradition of providing a quality Catholic education.
Our Goal
To continue building a strong faith-based foundation for our children augmented by the establishment of an Annual Fund as a source of revenue. This Annual Fund will help to minimize the St. Louis Parish subsidy and will eventually lead to the school being self-supporting.
Future Goals
We hope this Annual Fund in future years can include:
+ Tuition Assistance
+ Supplemental funding of teacher salaries
+ Updates in Technology
+ Building improvements and upgrades
