Mrs. Jill Young

Hello! My name is Mrs. Jill Young and I have been the preschool teacher at St. Louis School since 2021! I love the faith and family centered approach to learning here at St. Louis! I have a Bachelor's Degree from Bowling Green State University in Communication Disorders, and I spent the first part of my career working in a speech clinic, along with home based therapy, before transitioning to the preschool classroom! When I am not at school, I enjoy spending time with my husband Josh and our two daughters, Addy and Maci!

Hello, my name is Heather Meyer and I have been teaching at St. Louis School since 2012. I received my Elementary Education from Wilmington College. I truly love the family atmosphere at our school. The excitement in my students' eyes is the best! Their eagerness to learn makes teaching fun. When I am not in school, I enjoy spending time with my family and camping.

Hi everyone! I am so excited to be teaching in the 5/6 grade classroom! I attended Liberty-Benton Local Schools K-12. After graduation I attended Bowling Green State University where I acquired my Bachelors degree in Middle Childhood Education (grades 4-9). I then returned home to teach 4th grade science for Liberty-Benton over the last 4 years. In 2024 I moved into my new home in Custar with my husband, Zach, and our puppies Oakley & Finn. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, playing with Oakley & Finn, baking, crafting, and watching hockey (Go CBJ!). I am also sure you will all quickly learn that I have a deep love for coffee, cows, and books. I have been involved with St. Louis Parish since 2021. I am beyond grateful for the opportunity to shift my career to Catholic education where I can continue to build myself professionally and spiritually.
